Where can I find caloric information about Nourish meals?

We recommend that subscribers use their intuitive eating habits instead of eating by calorie count. While most meals range between 400 and 700 calories per serving, Nourish meals are crafted with the belief that by using quality ingredients you will be able to feel full and satisfied without overeating. Please list your dietary preferences on the Nourish Questionnaire form we will send you. We understand the need for individuals to follow specific diets and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How to I end a subscription? 
If you would like to end a subscription, please email and give the exact date you would like to stop receiving Nourish meals.

How long will my food last? 
All meals have an expiration date on their label, which is typically five to seven days after the day you pick them up at the kitchen. Since we do not use preservatives or additives in the meals we make, food will not keep as long as some processed food items. Although meals are not designed to be frozen, it is possible to freeze any food you do not eat before the expiration date. 

Where are the meals cooked?
We cook all of the meals at our commercial kitchen and private dining space at 5210 Longley Lane Suite 200, Reno, NV 89511. The same location you will pick up your meals.

Can I freeze my meals and eat them at a later time?
While it is possible to freeze your meals, we do not recommend it.

What if the set pick up time does not work with my schedule?

What if something is wrong with with something I purchased from you?

Can I choose what food I want in my weekly meal plan?  
At this time our menus are not customizable, but we will work with the dietary and meal preferences you list on the Nourish Questionnaire. We are always open to any suggestions that you may have and you may email suggestions to

Do I need to return my containers when I am done with them? 
You do not need to return your prepared meal containers when you are done with them, but we do recommend that you dispose of them properly by recycling them. 

Do you deliver meals? 
Not currently, but we're looking into delivery methods to make it a future option if the demand for Nourish continues to grow.
