From setting the table with linens, printed menus and flowers to executing a five-course chef’s tasting, we craft and execute a complete culinary experience whether it’s for two or five hundred guests.

Tyler came from Bradenton, Florida and attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. There he not only fell in love with cooking, but also Aubrey- his future wife. After graduating from CIA with his Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts he joined Aubrey in training in various areas in New York. Most notably, Tyler trained at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown, New York and became a Certified Beer Server by the Cicerone Certification Program.
Aubrey answers the question of "Why Reno?"- as she was born and raised in Gardnerville, Nevada. She travelled to Hyde Park, NY to study at The Culinary Institute of America. Not only did she leave with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management, but also a partner in both the art of cooking and life. She received her Sommelier Level I Certification by the Court of Masters Sommelier and worked as a teaching assistant and manager of the Caterina de Medici restaurant.
Jordan completed the family business (being Tyler's sister) when she moved to the Reno-Tahoe area from Tallahassee, Florida, where she graduated from Florida State University with two degrees; a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. She worked as the Banquet Director at Capital City Country Club in Tallahassee, Florida before moving to Nevada and joining the team. She also received her Sommelier Level I Certification by the Court of Masters Sommelier and has a Wedding Planning Certification.
